Join Sheila to learn this fun technique of using threads to make the 3-D leaves.  After taking this class , which will be teaching at Quilt Canada in Newfoundland, you will never look at thread the same way again! This one day class will teach you how to draw your own pattern to create a "One of a Kind" quilt.  During making this quilt there will be several new techniques that Dena will teach you along with how to minimize seams!

• Sewing thread
• - Medium point black felt tip pen
• - 3-4 large sheets of tracing paper, 24" x 36" or larger (inexpensive paper, not artist's quality), or the equivalent (smaller pieces taped together)
• SHARP dressmaker shears (rotary cutting equipment not required)
• SHARP pencil , eraser, sharpener
• - 2 yards of Pellon series 900 or Vilene H 250 non-woven fusible interfacing
• Standard sewing supplies i.e. stitch ripper, etc.
