Come spend the day with us viewing these amazing quilts from Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The quilters will be on hand to talk about their works of art and answer any question you may have. There will be a daily hot lunch offered for sale at the tea room catered as a funraiser by the Ailsa Craig Historical Society, as well as a merchant market on site for all your shopping needs.
Slide Show and Lecture $8.00
This show is offered daily at 2 p.m. with an aditional show offered on Friday at 6:45 p.m.. This show is designed to educate and intrigue you about life in general and the history of quilting and textiles in Ireland. This show will be held at the Ailsa Craig United Church on Main Street.
Weekly pass $15.00
This special pass allows you to come to the exhibition as many times as you wish during the week. This pass will pay for itself if you plan on coming more than once. You surely will discover something or someone new each time you visit. There will be a daily hot lunch offered for sale at the tea room catered as a funraiser by the Ailsa Craig Historical Society, as well as a merchant market on site for all your shopping needs.
Irish Dinner $30.00
Saturday October 24, 2009 Cocktails @7:00p.m. Dinner @ 8:00p.m. A full Irish meal catered by the Ailsa Craig Historical Society.
Entertainment for this fun and entertaining evening will include music by Jennifer White, Celtic Harpist and a performance by traditional Irish dancers. Cash bar available.
